In 2022, we were tasked with increasing direct leads to reduce the company’s reliance on Costco for all sales. We performed an in-depth analysis of their current advertising efforts, eliminating cost-prohibitive outlets, and incorporating a more targeted outreach via print, direct, OOH, radio, digital and community involvement. Completely revamped an outdated website that lacked clear navigation by prioritizing key information, simplifying interactive elements, and creating a more direct call-to-action. Developed a new, branded campaign clearly identifying W. Danley Electrical Contracting as one of the top Generac dealers in the country, while building on their 100+ year history as a trusted electrical contractor.
Within three months, there was a 5% increase in total sales via direct efforts over Costco, including a 20% increase in internet leads.
